On February 6, 2019 at 4:01 PM MT some Canvas users received 502 and 503 errors when attempting to upload files into Canvas. Our team was able to identify the error and resolve the problem by 4:12 PM MT.
We do apologize for the disruption this may have caused as uploading files is a key element to the Canvas experience.
