Some users may have experienced various troubles inside of Canvas (login troubles, processing SIS imports, viewing documents in Speedgrader). These troubles were related to traffic going through certain servers. Our team was able to reroute this traffic to bypass the affected hardware which then corrected the troubles being experienced by Canvas users.
