Users belonging to accounts hosted in our Sydney infrastructure began experiencing slowness and timeouts in Canvas at 7:16 pm MDT. Our Operations team was quick to identify the cause and implement a solution. Performance returned to normal at approximately 7:25 pm MDT. We appreciate your patience with us and apologize for any inconvenience this caused.
