Some users experienced slow page load and timeout errors in the Asia-Pacific region.
Incident Report for Canvas
On April 16th 2018, we had an issue with our Job servers which caused some users to experience slow page loads and timeout errors specifically in the Asia-Pacific region. Our Devops team caught the issue and resolved it quickly. From what we can tell this issue started at 18:10 MST and was no longer an issue by 18:20 MST (10:10 AM AEST to 10:20 AM AEST).
