Users at institutions that use SAML-based third-party authentication were unable to log into Canvas for about twenty minutes between 2:15 PM and 2:35 PM US Mountain Time. The issue had to do with underlying security certificates. We sincerely apologize for the trouble; we'll provide more information to Canvas admins in an incident report.
