9:00 AM MT: Some users are experiencing slowness in Canvas currently. Our Operations team is looking into the problem. We will provide an update soon.

9:30 AM MT: A small percentage of Canvas users continue to experience slowness in the application. We're working on the issue and will provide another update in 30 minutes.

10:00 AM MT: We're continuing to work on slowness facing users at some institutions. We're performing resource updates that should result in better performance for affected institutions shortly. We are communicating directly with admins at affected schools to advise them of actions we're taking.

8:00 PM MT: We took a range of steps to address the slowness some users experienced in Canvas yesterday. About 15% of Canvas users were impacted at some point in the day. We addressed several root-cause issues that should result in improved performance for affected users today.
