Some Users Experiencing Slowness in Canvas

Users at a few institutions may have experienced slowness in Canvas between 9:38 and 9:51 am Mountain Time. Our Dev Ops team found that this had been caused by heavy server load due to many failed requests on one Canvas site and were able to quickly add additional resources to handle those requests. Users should now be seeing the site loading normally, and should have no trouble accessing pages in Canvas.
