From about 8:45 AM MT to about 9:45 AM MT this morning, users at a small group of Canvas institutions were unable to access the application. We provided a full and detailed incident report to admins at these institutions, describing the root cause, what we did to resolve the problem, and what we learned that can help us avoid a similar situation in the future.
