Previews slow to load or not available for some documents in Canvas

At about 4:55 pm Mountain Time, our Support team was alerted to an issue with some documents not displaying a preview in Canvas. Users were seeing a message indicating "the service is not available right now; please try again later". These previews were appearing correctly again by 5:05 pm Mountain Time. We apologize for any trouble you had with document previews during that time.
