Some users (<2% of total) experienced slowness and error messages in Canvas this morning between 6:49 AM and 7:01 AM US Mountain Time (1249 and 1301 UTC). Our DevOps team quickly added more resources to address a sharp, unexpected increase in system load affecting a single database cluster. Performance is now normal for all users. We apologize for the trouble!
